They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Silverman is an excellent physician but his wife Dottie.......IDK if she was having a bad day or what but she is totally unprofessional. She talks to Dr. Silverman like he's her child and totally undermines and emasculates him in front of his patients. She refers to the office as her "Practice" but in all my visits I've never seen a degree with her name on it. She says that she is a nurse but I didn't see her nursing license anywhere in the office.
