I love Dr. Boyd's office! I have had them for many years and have worked with Dr. Boyd himself for the last 3years due to my complications. He has always did was in my best interest including my recent hysterectomy. Never have had any issues with getting an appointment for emergency situations or for check ups!
I normally, see Dana Goff in Dr. Boyd's office, and she has always spoke to me as if I am a competent woman who can make my own decisions. Love her! Also, very compassionate through my miscarriages.. Dr. Boyd stepped in to help with my two emergency c-sections, actually doing the 2nd. Loved working with him, felt well taken care of in those times.
This doctor is exactly what is wrong with the healthcare field. A 10 minute initial consultation with him cost me $215! Then he told me I needed an internal sonogram. That procedure also lasted all of 10 minutes. And when I asked him if he saw anything on the sonogram (which was to check for an ovarian cyst) he said no, but that wasn't going to show us what we needed to know anyway. Cost for sonogram: $455. This man is gauging his patients and insurance companies w/ unnecessary procedures
Missed 1 appointment and tried to reschedule and never received a call back since they have a voicemail system for setting up appointments. Completely unpersonable! 2 weeks closed for holidays unacceptable. Havent gotten in for over a month and now having complications amd might lose my job due to not having info from them for work. When seen its a rush in the room rush out operation. They dont care about you just how many people they see in a day.
