Thorough examination initial and follow-ups. Personally calls patient after procedures rather than an office staff. Takes the time to explain the results of tests and provides a written summary of the visit.
He is an extremely intelligent man and definitely knows his stuff. However, I found that he was always in rush since he is the only Doctor, that he didn't always take the time to listen to what I had to say or the questions I had.
Dr. Tang reattached my retina under emergency conditions and not only saved my eye sight, he preserved it at 20/20. He is who other medical professionals call swifty. That is, the BEST. There are very few surgeons that come close to his surgical abilities, his credibility, his success and accomplishments. I trust him with every decision/s that have to be made about my eyes. Dr. Tang has tended to my retinal issues for some 10 years. He is very good at his specialty. He is friendly, thorough, right to the point. You will know exactly what is going on inside your eyes. The written reports you get after each visit are unique and complete. I've never had any doctor who provided a copy of his notes as a routine part of his service. I highly recommend Dr. Tang.
