My wife was seeing Dr. Noorlag for years, until recently he referred her elsewhere due to we assume, she upset him or hurt his feeling we are not sure. We are waiting for a form from him to get reimbursed for custom orthotics we want this form for severe pain she is having on the foot he performed a bunionectomey on. The form is for reimbursement thru her company's, Argonne National Laboratory's, generous retirement health reimbursement account (HRA). Dr. Noorlag does not answer any mychart messages. On November 27 2024, I requested to get orthotic insoles from Dr. Noorlag. At that visit I was ready to get measured or scanned for them. Dr. Noorlag requested me to ask my insurance before, to make sure they were covered (I told him they were covered). I was unable to get them because I was only covered under that plan only until 12/01/24. After that incident, on mychart I mentioned the problem I was having getting the insoles now.
