Dr. Luxford helped me navigate an extremely frustrating situation with my perforated eardrum, when other doctors (including the ones that caused the perforation) were unable or unwilling to help. He always calmly answered every question I had and made sure I was put at ease while I was in the throes of major anxiety and a panic disorder. I ended up needing a Tympanoplasty, which Dr. Luxford performed himself. Dr luxford was amazing for many years with my daughter who was profoundly deaf got a cochlear implant in 2004. We can never thank him enough
I was visiting Los Angeles from Australia and during this visit I lost the hearing in my right ear. I was able to see Dr. Luxford swiftly and he was fantastic. Extremely professional, experienced and kind. Sadly a rarity these days.
