Dr. Handy and Mrs. Widener are very professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about their staff. One of his nurses began a phone call in a very confrontational manner. She kept interrupting me, and she even hung up on me. Furthermore, the office staff turn over is so frequent, that it seems like no one ever knows what is going on. They even tried to charge my mother for services they have never given her. I don't think they are trying to cheat her, they just won't admit their error.
Best doctor in sw Virginia.
Friendly, able doctor, but two- 2.5 hour waits and, at times, a somewhat hostile and overworked staff make the visit a strain.
