He treated and did surgery on my 14yr old daughter’s wrist. You will not find a nicer and more caring doctor! I had total trust in his skill and abilities. His bedside manor is incredible. Highly recommend!
Dr. Gramig is an excellent, experienced and compassionate physician. He is the best hand surgeon in NC. I would recommend him to anyone with any type of hand or wrist issue.

When first meeting Dr Graming he comes across friendly and caring. It's been a long time meeting a Doctor that didn't make you feel as if their time is more valuable than your time is to you. Once viewing my X-rays he got right to the point and my options. I would recommend Dr Graming for your medical needs.
Dr. Gramig is absolutely a wonderful doctor. He’s goes the extra mile to diagnose your condition and to provide the proper care and treatment. Above all, he is so pleasant. He never makes you feel like just a patient. He makes you feel comfortable, even when you aren’t in the greatest of health. I know that he will always provide me with the best care.
I have developed 1 trigger finger on the left hand and later 1 on the right hand. The left got progressive worse with pain as the joints began to swell and stiffen. Dr. Gramig examined me, had x-rays taken, and explained my condition. He discussed treatments and cure(surgery) and asked my preference. When I preferred treatment and hopefully avoid surgery, he agreed that it was his choice, also. He gave me 2 shots in each finger. I would 100% recommend doctor Gramig to anyone. He was thorough listen to me and my concerns with my hands. Came up with a excellent treatment plan and has the best bedside manner!!!!!!!!
Excellent and caring doctor who took the time and throughly explained everything.
Dr. Gramig preformed 4 surgeries on both of my hands, wrists and arms over the course of 2 years. There are no words to express how awesome he is!! I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon! His team is also awesome and took great care of me. When he first told me all I would need to have done, I was terrified, but he calmly put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. I recommend him to every person I know who needs help with their hands. Thanks to him, I am still creating the art that I love to make!! Love you, Dr. G!!!
