Amazing and caring doctor.
Dr. Gramig was very thorough in his exam and the explanation of my condition. He clearly laid out the alternatives for me and discussed the required post-operative protocols that must be followed if surgery is my choice. I did not have to make a quick decision. When I decide to do the surgery, I will contact his office and get it scheduled. I an very happy that I chose Dr. Gramig for my exam and future treatment. I even got an appointment the same day that i called!
From the beginning my experience with Dr Gramig and his office has been great. I broke my wrist and was in surgery two days later. His immediate response and evaluation were accurate and caring. The hospital staff was wonderful including anesthesiologist , nurses and Dr Gramig. Every office visit I encountered considerate care from Dr. Gramig including conversations and decisions responsive to what questions and concerns I had. Wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. Explains everything well and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Gramig and his office.
Dr Gramig is very personable and, I feel, knowledgeable. He is engaged with my visits. However, he seems to run behind schedule in seeing patients. I waited on my last visit 1 hr. and 20 minutes before I saw him. When finally taken to an examination room, I had to wait another 30 minutes after I was told he would be right in. I think the front desk should prepare you for him running behind. On my first visit I waited 1 hour and the second 30 minutes.
I processor Dr. Graham in several years ago when he did a scaphoid debridement on my right hand. I came to him for a second opinion following some surgery on my left hand when he was not available to do that one. He is such an approachable surgeon, one that listens to the patient’s concerns and gives his honest opinion on the best way for one to proceed or not to proceed. From my first visit until it was time for surgery everything went above and beyond my expectations. He explained from day one everything involved and what the plan was. Scheduled my date for a “Trigger finger” and “Dupuytren’s Contracture” release on same hand. Day of surgery went extremely well. His staff and everyone involved with scheduling, insurance approval leading up to surgery has my greatest thanks.
