His entire staff is timely, accurate & responsive. Dr. Figlesthaler and Johana Torres PA-C who I have primarily met with over the past 3 years covering my cancer are: Top Shelf medical folks. They are also constantly educated and current on cutting edge technology treatments on Urology !!
DOUBLE DIPPING!!! Not only did zi pay for services rendered but so did the j Durante company. Never got reimbursed!
Dr.Figlesthaler is a first class Urologist. I have seen him about five times and he was always on time, very efficient explained everything. Once I was prescribed an expensive medication and it didn't work up to his expectation and he wanted to increase the strength but knew it was really expensive and he had samples transferred from another office for me to try. He is very personable and knowledgeable.
As a result of the biopsy performed by Dr. Figlesthaler he informed me of my cancer, describing it as mid-range, feels like we caught it in time, and very treatable. Referred to Oncologist Dr. Kerwin where the process is moving quickly towards radiation. The staff which I encountered which felt like everyone was just great, from reception, nurses, PA, and Dr. Figlesthaler. I always felt I was in good hands and appreciate their professionalism.
Dr. Figlesthaler was very informative, sensitive and explained the issue very well and how he was going to treat it. I was very satisfied and would recommend him to family and friends!

Dr. Fig is a truly caring person. He cares about the patient, not just the chart or billing situation. In fact, when in his care, you’ll actually believe that no other patient exists, as he always gives you his full undivided attention and care. He is the “go-to” physician in our family.
Dr. Figlesthaler is a world renown Urology Doctor. The best. He saved my husbands life. It is no wonder people come from all over the world to see him. The staff is very efficient and super friendly. His office is super clean.
