It seems that Dr Fig's practice is dissolving. No one answers the phone, voicemail is full, nobody at work in the office. Major problems. Everyone fired or quit?
Dr. Figlesthaler worked a miracle and saved my prostate health. Another MD left me worse than when he began treatment. Dr Fig brought me back slowly and methodically and as stages were achieved, took next steps toward my recovery. I can say I am now better than I ever expected. No more catheters and test results are xlnt which was beyond my wildest hopes. Staff are friendly and kind while being efficient and professional. I literally cannot say enough...
I have been seeing Dr. Figelsthaler 2x a year for the last three years. In that time I have probably seen him twice. A PA is generally assigned. The care is fine, but they are ALWAYS 45-60 minutes or more behind on scheduling. When I asked about it at my last checkup the PA told me they have discussed it with the Doctor, but that is the way the Doctor likes to schedule and it is routine for patients to wait 45-60 minutes. If that is the practice it is time I look for someone more respectful of others.
I have been seeing Dr. Figlesthaler for 5 years and he has always been very professional and caring regarding my prostate cancer diagnosis. I have been cancer free now for almost 5 years and cannot give him anything but a 5 star review and an excellent rating. I will not go anywhere else for urology care.

Dr. Figlesthaler was very focused and thorough as he reviewed and explained my husband’s urinary retention condition. Terrible experience He performed a procedure in his office and the next day I was admitted to the hospital with a severe urinary infection. The hospital informed his office at the time I was admitted. I never heard from his office. Is that called abandoning a patient?
Office can get behind schedule frequently. great with patients
The office environment is friendly with a very professional staff from front office to nurses, techs, and doctors assistants. Dr. Figlesthaler is the consummate professional with a great bedside manner! His team has responded quickly with any questions i have had post surgery, including off hours. I can not thank them enough for my life style change back to normalcy after having surgery. They are the go to team!
