This was my first visit. I arrived 20 minutes early with forms pre filled out on website. I was called back at exactly my appointment time, checked in with vitals, doc came in within 2-3 minutes. Doc was great. I didn't feel rushed and the appointment moved along smoothly and efficiently. All of my questions were answered. The reception staff were amazing. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, smiling and helpful.
The times I've had appts at this office the staff was great. Only saw Dr Lujan once while he conducted the muscle test I needed to have done. The test was done fairly quick and I was on my way home. During the test was the only time I saw or spoke to Dr Lujan. He was professional and staff was friendly and office vibe was good. If you're looking for an office that works efficiently and staff is friendly, this is the office to call.
