Today was the second time that I have seen Dr. Portfolio. Just like the first time I seen him, he was able to work me in for an eye emergency. He was very caring and professional. He was able to get me in to see a specialist the same day. I am very grateful and appreciative.
He explained everything in detail, step by step clearly.
Not too long to wait even though it was a “work in” appt. All staff very courteous. I really like Dr. Porfilio. He is a laid back, but a thorough doctor, and easy to communicate with.
The professionalism, the kind and caring ways in which I was treated, and the promptness in which I was seen, all contributed to my very positive experience.
