So happy to be a patient here! Dr. McCune and his staff are so wonderful! I love coming to see Nina for a cleaning! She is so nice, has great tips to help me keep my mouth healthy, is very patient and explains things very well. She doesn't make me feel rushed in or out of the appointments. My family selected Creekside Dental as our dental service of choice because of the professional and well-trained staff, use of cutting-edge technology, and convenient location. Over the years, we have been very pleased with the services, and Christine is absolutely amazing!!
Dr. Christian and Nina were great. Over the years, the policy of collecting the full amount up front from insured patients and holding the overpayment in the form of an account credit which only applies if partially covered work is done and then collecting the full amount leaves a somewhat permanent account credit. In addition when Dr. Christian made a decision not to attach a bridge to a tooth that had a root canal but to good tooth. No other office contacts my insurance company or knows more about my coverage then I do!!
Staff is always friendly and take the time to talk to you and call you by name. They don't push cosmetic items or enhancements like other dentist offices do, but are available if you want/need them.
Dr . Christian is at the top of my list for favorite dentist of all time....my wife and I both are very impressed with his skills and professionalism. We highly recommend Creekside Dental.
I have been a patient of Creekside for ten years. Dr. McCune and Nina have been 100% on top of my dental needs and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Simply put, they are the BEST!
