Hospital staff/ receptionists aren't very helpful and sometimes sound rude and like it's an inconvenience that I'm calling. 99% of the time they say they'll deliver message to nurse/Dr to call me back that 90% doesn't happen. Had appointments canceled but then not rescheduled and then when I call to reschedule after 1st ever infusions that were done and I been in relapse for over a month and have no feeling in 1/2 of my body I'm told I can't get in for another 2 1/2 months.
