A representative took my call at 8:30AM, I became very upset with how and the way she spoke to me over the call. I was trying to schedule an appointment but this girl was sassy the whole call explaining to me and didn’t seem to have no care at all with how she was addressing to me the new providers policies for quest. Very courteous and professional service.
Saw Dr. Wong for severe itching over entire body which Dupixent was no longer managing the itchiness. He diagnosed me with dermatographia within 1 minute, but then followed up the diagnosis by telling me to google it! Unacceptable! He was walking out of the exam room while I was still asking questions and he was giving me basically shoulder shrugs!
