My wife received a cavity treatment today, and we had a great experience. She had been in pain all weekend, so we visited the clinic right after it opened. The doctor was incredibly kind and skillful, and we were very satisfied with the care provided. The treatment was smooth, and everything was explained clearly. We also found the price to be reasonable, even without dental insurance. Thank you again for your excellent care!
They got me in within the hour of me calling, ran my insurance and gave me clear and reasonable options. Numbed me up and got going on a root canal. Was back to work within 2 hours of calling. They were very friendly and compassionate, I have had zero pain, they even called me that evening to check on me. Will be continuing to go here after this 5 star experience.
If you need a dentist in Gainesveille please check them out! My wisdom teeth process was so easy and affordable! They took good care of me and the overall office is very welcoming everytime i come in I am always greeted! Dr. Smayda made me feel very comfortable (even when my wisdom teeth tried to put up a fight lol) and his assistant is very nice as well! Overall 10/10 recommend!
Called to make an emergency appointment, spoke with a representative, and she was rude, patronizing and unhelpful.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I felt welcomed from the time I entered the office. Dr Van Dyke is honest and trustworthy. He gives his opinion but allows you to make your own decisions. Highly recommended.
