I went in for a scope after having my 2nd surgery for food being stuck. I had been on liquid/extremely soft food for 2 months and he said I should be skin and bones (I had lost about 28 pounds) I am not overweight so I actually have lost quite a bit. My biopsy showed inflammation so he suggested a heartburn med that I have been on for months (guess he didn't read my chart) so I went home and food got stuck in my throat the first meal I ate. Find someone who actually cares about what is happening with their patients.
