Stay AWAY!!! I had a custom ordered piece from their book I asked, are you sure ill get in back before Xmas? Sure we can engrave the back afterwards. It came in at the last minute strangely had JUST came after calling. The lady when I went to pick up wasn’t her fault and she tried to make it better and be kind. William Jewelers has an excellent repair department . They replaced a clasp on my necklace with a much better, sturdier one. The result was beautiful. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers !
Great service, great results. I needed to get my platinum ring sized. Not too many people work in platinum so I was a little hesitant, but my ring came back looking great. It was cleaned, polished and shined up looking better than new, with the added benefit that it also fit perfectly. Highly recommend!
