I visited Dr. William Lichtenfeld this morning for another steroid injection in my (L) hip due to osteoarthritis pain. I remain extremely impressed by Dr. Lichtenfeld' s skill in administering a shot in this sensitive area with speed, precision and compassion. I was cheerfully greeted and checked in on-time by Nikki Cantrell, settled comfortably on the table in the procedure room by Leah Friend, and checked out and on my way expeditiously. God forbid if you tell him you are hurting 8/10, he gives you no medicine. Been hurting for months with a bad neck and he says "oh you have alot of problems" on your MRI. No compassion at all.
Rushes through appointments. Does all the talking/doesn’t listen. Has no compassion or sympathy for people in pain. It is a nightmare getting medication with this Doc.
Dr Lichtenfeld is a great doctor, he is the best!!!!!
I had an ablation procedure with this doctor and it did me no good at all and there was no follow up. I was at two different appointments for follow up and both times no one was there to see me. I waited for an hour each time before I was told no one was there. He nor any member of his team has bothered to contact me even after I complained. He has no regard for the patient.
He is the very best. You always feel like you are talking to a friend. He is a good listener and never judges you.
He is not a very nice individual and does not understand pain. He told me he didn't even believe I was in pain! Evil man! Beware.
Dr. Lichtenfeld is just great. He is a good listener, and has plenty of experience and knowledge. He doesn't beat around the bush, gets right to the point and makes good suggestions.
He was quick to diagnose based on symptoms but not necessarily the root cause.
