The professionalism you'd expect from a seasoned Doctor is clearly evident. The receptionist seems to always be upbeat, sympathetic and efficient. When I arrive on time for my appointment, I am usually attended to within 10 minutes on a consistent basis. Just enough time to unwind from the drive before your treatment. I have gone to Dr. Jacobson for the last 20 years. He is phenomenal. Always helps me. He is my first recommendation to anyone who has problems with their back ....he is always right on with his diagnosis and is a very pleasant man.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not only did I have any more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was greeted by Dr. Jacobson himself and right from the beginning I felt he really cared!. I left feeling better than any other Chiro appointment - I loved the hands on therapy and his use of pressure points. He is is very calm and soothing in his manner!

I went to see Dr. Jacobson for some muscle cramps I'd been having for months. Just one visit to his office made all the difference! I felt much better immediately after, and by the end of the week, all soreness and cramping had gone. He is friendly and professional. I was referred there by a friend, and since my visit, I have referred several others who have also benefited from his work.
