They book way to many patients for the number of doctors in this facility. It took over 4 hours start to finish for a post op follow up visit. Total time for testing and doctor visit was only 15 minutes. The bulk of the time was sitting around with many other ticked off people. This needs to be corrected.
If you want to make sure you have had the most complete eye exam possible this is the place to go. The visit is long but it it because you are evaluated by multiple Dr’s for all possible issues This not just what line can you read and it the red or green better. This is a true medical evaluation of your eyes
Had cataract surgery on both eyes . Dr Rand is the most kind and caring doctor. Would definitely recommend him.
The doctors are good but the wait is horrible! They pack people in and the average wait is 2-3 hours. Office people are not nice either
I had cataract surgery with Dr. Rand. The R eye was fine, but when I went for my L eye, I was kept waiting 5 hours. (I should have left, but I was told I was next.) Afterward, my eye was blurry for 3 weeks and then I had double vision. I later discovered that Dr. Rand did not use the lens that we had discussed and that I wanted. I returned repeatedly (wait time averaged 2-3 hrs) and every time Dr. Rand had a different reason for the problem, but not a solution. The glasses prescription was wrong

Rushed factory environment. After waiting for hours, the doctor clearly didn't have time to listen to my concerns let alone answer my questions. I will be having my cataract surgery elsewhere.
Just finished cataract surgery at the Rand Eye Center. WOW BEYOND FANTASTIC! When it comes to your eyes you want the very best Doctors, knowledgable, caring nursing staff, professional welcoming staff. All working together to make your visit a happy occasion with positive results. You see smiles, you feel positive healing, you see the deep RESPECT everyone Has for their leader, the smiling Dr. William Rand, I was so impressed at how well everyone did their job! In 2weeks doing other eye!?
