For two year I have not been able to see my doctor because because of a 200.00 dollars bill I didn't owe now it's 2025 the business office telling the receptionist to cancel my appointment 😑 this against medical practices
Will never go back to this place... Went through horrible pain every time I went... Never have gotten any results from all testing... They never have called me back to let me know anything... Yet they can charge the insurance company... All he could claim is that he was a plumber... Well plumber., it's not funny when your playing around with someone else life... Honestly., your just another quack... Learn to be honest with your patients...
Did nothing to help. Made a lot of jokes but I have serious OAB , did not do testing and only gave me gamtesa which gave me serious hot flashes . The office patient portal never responded to my urine culture. I recently got diagnosed twice with a UTI. He never did any proper testing or urodynamic testing or try to get to the root of the problem. I advise you see someone else . He isn’t a bad person and is nice but for someone who needs to get better and get back to work he is not your best choice !
Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor. During my consultation he spent plenty of time to answer my questions and to explain the procedure to me. During my procedure he was conversational and professional; he did a thorough job and kept me updated on what was happening. He explained after care and told me what to expect. I felt completely at ease during the entire experience. I highly recommend him.
