I have a somewhat neural opinion. I wad happy I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. I was also happy I could meet with a specialist. The visit, however was lack luster. I didn't feel heard. I could barely get a sentence out before he began speaking. Didn't really ask about my last surgery, original injury, and didn't seem to hear the level of pain I've been experiencing. The prescription for physical therapy was already written before he came intro the room and the consultation was maybe 7 minutes.
When my local orthopedic group told me the wait was more than a month, Dr. Ciccone was able to see me within just three days. He took time to understand issue and prescribed effect path toward healing without jumping to expensive MRIs or surgery.

Dr. Ciccone was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain to me what was going on with my knee and the best course of action. He did not dismiss my pain but acknowledged it and made sure to let me know that I could not damage it further with my activities. He was kind and patient with me and took the time to listen to my fears as well as my questions, responding and answering each and every one of them. I am grateful to be in such good hands.
Dr Ciccone is amazing! He gave me my arm back and no pain for the first time in YEARS!! I Update: 6 months since surgery. I can go as hard as I want and no pain at all. Thank you!!!
