I had been seeing Dr. Adler for over a year getting injections and laser treatments in both eyes, having some kind of treatment every 4-6 weeks, for retinal issues due to diabetes. My right eye was doing well, but my left eye continued to have decreasing vision until I was legally blind in it. The final straw occurred when he wanted to do an injection in my right (good) eye. Dr. Adler treated my daughter years ago when she was hit in the eye in gym class at school. Top notch care and top notch doctor!
Dr. Adler shares his knowledge base with the patient. He educates the patient about what he is doing and and why. He is down to earth and takes his time to listen and interacts in an empathetical way. Most importantly, he very competent and keeps the patient up dated. A very trustworthy man.
Prior to my consultation with Dr. Adler, I had a yearly follow up with my optomitrist where he discovered something unknown. Later that afternoon I contacted the Eye Specailists of Ohio in Chillicothe where they requested my presence promptly. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and extremely informative. Dr. Adler introduced himself in a very pose and respectful manner which made me feel at ease, he examined my RT eye where he too confirmed there was an alarming issue; a retinal tear.
