Dr. Ho and his team made my daughter and her son feel completely at ease! They put their minds and concerns at ease. Dr. Ho explained every single step in detail, including the worst-case and best-case scenarios and what could happen in each case. He helped us try to save my grandson's teeth. Dr Ho and his team are absolutely incredible. My 5 year old daughter had a very traumatic experience with another dental surgeon and he was so patient and kind with her to explain everything he was going to do and to ease my own fears and concerns as well. She sat through her entire pulpotomy today without a single complaint or tear.
We were not clearly informed in advance that a mandatory, separately billable exam would be performed, nor that it could result in a $244 out-of-pocket charge due to a recent exam already billed by the referring dentist. We believed this visit was part of the referral process. Insurance declined the claim, and we were left to pay the full amount. Dr Ho and his assistant and receptionists are thorough and so incredibly helpful and caring!! I recommend trusting your child with their care!
5 Stars - I'm not a big reviewer. But feel a good review is the least I can do. My Son had an accident breaking his adult front tooth. Being after hours we tried taking him to a local dentist. As soon as they mentioned freezing he wanted out. They referred us to Doc William Ho. We had an appointment setup just as soon as they opened.
