Dr Ho and his assistant and receptionists are thorough and so incredibly helpful and caring!! I recommend trusting your child with their care!
5 Stars - I'm not a big reviewer. But feel a good review is the least I can do. My Son had an accident breaking his adult front tooth. Being after hours we tried taking him to a local dentist. As soon as they mentioned freezing he wanted out. They referred us to Doc William Ho. We had an appointment setup just as soon as they opened. Absolutely incredible dentist! I went in with very low expectations as my son has severe special needs. Dr Ho explained so much to us that we felt so confident in his approach. He is patient and well educated to deal with children and special needs. I use to be in the dental industry so I am very critical of offices, this one was 5 stars without a doubt. Dr.Ho and his team were absolutely amazing! My 5 year old was extremely nervous and refused to get into 2 previous dentists chairs without kicking and screaming. We had 4 fillings done today and it went so smoothly! He is informative, approachable, and amazing with the kids. I am so thankful for his care and will recommend to anyone who needs paediatric dental work done!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ho, and his staff. I brought my child to them for dental work, and they took the time to explain each piece of the process to my son, to make him feel at ease. They are kind, calm, and patient. They work extremely well with neurodivergent children, and nervous parents. I've gotten so used to getting a rapid-fire doctor visit, that when our initial consult ran over 1.5 hours I was absolutely shocked and amazed. It is clear they put patient comfort as a top priority.
