Tanya is a very responsive manager and is quick to reply to our emails or texts. She is kind and is good at explaining expectations or rules clearly.
It was a pleasure to work with them because they know what they do, have relationship with lanlords and pay attention to details!!! Julie helped me to find my dream home fast. I will use William Hill Property Management again if I need to. They are the BEST in this niche!!!
Mike Hill has been our property manager for decades. He and the whole team have been great. They have done regular maintenance as well as improvements. We also rely on them for advice and to help us evaluate vendors. They are very responsive in emergencies. They are trustworthy, have keys to the properties and handle rent deposits for us as well. Highly recommended.
Mike and his team have a unique talent for finding the best tenants. We have used him for years on all of our properties. He tells me that most applicants qualify financially, but it goes far beyond that point when choosing the tenant. He personally has to LIKE the person first. All of our tenants are respectful of the apartments, pay early or on time and alert his team of maintenance issues. You go Hill team!
