Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Dr. Rogers is a top notch neurosurgeon, that will only perform surgery as a last resort. He has been taking care of me for a long time (1 year) and has helped to correct the problem of another surgeon that disabled me! Wonderful, caring doctor I would recommend to anyone with a neurological condition. However, its not all roses. His head nurse, I believe the name is Carol, is a lazy, surly know-it-all, that seems to never return a phone call or follow-up with another doc's office. His office staff isn't much better.
