Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Dr. Rogers is a top notch neurosurgeon, that will only perform surgery as a last resort. He has been taking care of me for a long time (1 year) and has helped to correct the problem of another surgeon that disabled me! Wonderful, caring doctor I would recommend to anyone with a neurological condition. However, its not all roses. His head nurse, I believe the name is Carol, is a lazy, surly know-it-all, that seems to never return a phone call or follow-up with another doc's office. His office staff isn't much better.
