Dr. Hale is an excellent psychiatrist. I've seen many therapists and countless more doctors for my various medical conditions. Dr. Hale plays the therapist role and is quite genuine and helpful in just lending an ear and letting me share the ups and downs of living with chronic illness. That alone might be worth the price. But he has also helped teach me meditation practices which certainly calm me down during sessions but I aim to use these more in daily life to reduce stress and pain. Also.
