Never, they are very reliable. Would you recommend this internist to others? I Already Have Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. MY copay was $30...it is usally only $25 with other office visits. I didnt like the fact that I made a copay BEFORE I saw the doctor...tacky.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
