I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never!
