very confused about why we were there. He told us to come once a year then he did not remember prescribing any of the meds that he prescribed us to only use as needed. Also said he would never prescribe those meds and that they are very addictive to the nose. I walked out very confused and got a bad headache.

Made an appointment. I have a medical reason that I cannot wear a mask. I informed the woman who scheduled my appointment. She assured me that that would be fine. Also said that, if there was any problem, they would call me. Never got a call, so I went to the appointment. I was escorted into the exam area, only to be approached by the doctor, William H Avery, who informed me that he would not see me without a mask. He was very rude.

This doctor was rude and not very understanding I told him that everyone in my family have this bone disorder and he told me oh no you would never had that then he asked me who in my family have this bone disorder and I told him my dad and my grandparents and he was like anyone who is your age no nobody who is my age because my dad is a only child and it should matter anyone who is my age because they all lost there hearing at my age so he told me that painful ringing in my ears are normal so if you have ringing in your ear ... read more
