I was 36 when I went to him for my pregnancy. He flat out said I was too old and too fat to have a baby. I had a miscarriage shortly after he forced me to get a flu shot. Worst doctor ever. His bedside manner needs a lot of work. He didn't even care that I lost the baby.
I would use Dr. Groves a million times over. His bedside manner is phenomenal and he truly cares for his patients. I felt cared for and heard my entire pregnancy and delivery. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His staff, nurses, NP were all amazing.
I have been a patient of Dr. Groves for over 17 years. I had seen other OB/GYNs before him and was led to believe the pain I had every month was normal. Dr Groves quickly determined that my pain was not normal, ran some tests and found the problem. Love him! Love his staff! And his NP Bethany, she rounds out the team making the entire office 🤌
I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after seeing that Black women are more likely to die during childbirth than any other race. The child that Dr. Grove delivered is now nine years old, and I’m so grateful that I’m still alive to share this message. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, polyhydramnios (I may have spelled that wrong ) and other things. Hands down the best Dr. around I recently moved to town, he took my high risk pregnancy case on. Wouldn’t have changed it for the world.
