Dr Proctor delayed doing a biopsy of tissue behind my right ear. Results; cancer had spread to the entire back of ear. Because of this delay a dermatology surgeon must remove the remaining cancer & repair the damage he did in removing prior skin cancer from behind the ear in '20. Can't schedule further care on ear for 2 months due to prior scheduling of other care. & the referral he provided me to another doc did not occur.
