I cannot possibly give 'St. William' a high enough rating. After my 'minor' heart attack and receiving an angiogram, I had a serious concern a few days later. His service gave him the message and he actually called me half an hour later, that same evening, WHILE HE WAS SHOPPING A GROCERY STORE! Dr. Espar comfortingly spoke with me for half an hour, addressed all of my concerns with comprehensive answers and calmed me. What kind of physician does this? 'St. William' indeed.

I recieved 2 stints , one at a time, I had a 97 and a 90 percent blockage, he saved my life, not once but twice, my second stint was caused by my own stupidity, I didnt stop smoking, I havent smoked since my second stint, cold Turkey, thank you for my life Dr. Espar.

Did not give me the right diagnosis. After spending a day in the hospital and $8000 dollar bill. I had called three times to get information regarding the test results. The nurse calls back and leaves a message on my answering machine it was just anxiety. Well my palpitations continued for months lasting 5-8 hours. Finally went and seen Dr. DALI and he seen that I have elevated t- waves since 2010. On meds and no more palpitations. Someone dropped the ball for Dr. Espar. So sad.

After a significant cardiac experience, I was referred to Dr. Espar by my GP doctor for my cardiac condition. He listens, he tells you what he observes, and makes recommendations before discussing the proposed plan of treatment. Easy going manner and straight forward advice. Moving out of state and had to look for one like him.
