I’ve never had such an awful experience with a medical facility nor have I witnessed such incompetence. I was given incorrect info from 3 different staff members and they acted nasty because I corrected them. They don’t seem to listen or care about what the patient needs. Whoever runs things doesn’t seem to train the staff well. But there are always new faces there every appointment so I guess it’s tough when you have such a high turnover.
