This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THEM. The office was extremely disorganized — there were papers and documents all over the floor. My brother actually had to go himself to the collision reporting centre to collect his own reports because they didn’t have them. To make matters worse, the information they had on file was incorrect. This level of carelessness is unacceptable when dealing with important legal and insurance matters. Very disappointing experience.

This has to be the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The biggest issue is the fact that they only have paper correspondence (snail mail) and they are constantly changing the premiums. And I don't think I'm even saving that much. It's certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with all the drama

I've been with the Water's family brokers for well over 20+ years. They address all my family's insurance needs. The service Linda, Bill, Leslie, and the entire team provide has been exceptional, and always surpasses my expectations. Their knowledge of the industry is second to none..... Always a pleasure to deal with !
