If I could do a zero score I would. When elderly people come to see a professional and especially in the medical field, they deserve to be treated with respect. They deserve to get what the doctor said they needed. In the case of my mother, the office staff lady or a lady that deals with glasses told my mother “Oh well” that she couldn’t wear the glasses they had made for her. The glasses made her dizzy.
