This place sucks, I had insomnia, I couldn't sleep for a number of days, I called this place which was my primary care doctor to make an appointment. From them, no walk-ins and they won't see me till almost near the end of May, I made a call to them since near the end of April mind you. What made me not want to deal with them anymore was because they ask for blood work by going to one place to do it or they won't see me. Courteous Staff and Calm environment
Wait time is long, staff is rude, if you schedule an appointment expect to be waiting for at least an hour before being seen. Exteriors is fading and dilapidated
Fairly good doctor but poor receptionist
I am surprised I have been at this office for so long but it is definitely time for a change. Gail’s behavior is rude and nasty and this has been a constant from the time I became a patient of this clinic. Honestly I appreciate the Provider and that is it! He will continue to lose good patients because of her. Why do you think it’s normal to place someone on hold in the middle of them explaining their issue?
