I am surprised I have been at this office for so long but it is definitely time for a change. Gail’s behavior is rude and nasty and this has been a constant from the time I became a patient of this clinic. Honestly I appreciate the Provider and that is it! He will continue to lose good patients because of her. Why do you think it’s normal to place someone on hold in the middle of them explaining their issue?
