No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Dr. O'Brian has NO social skills what-so-ever. He is rude, does not take time to introduce himself, will not stay in the room long enough to see if you have questions much less answer them. He was mean to my children. Apparently he does not understand that he is in a service based industry and the customer's satisfaction is what keeps him employed. He lost 5 patients today.

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
