I had a great experience today! The staff was amazing and gentle. Thank you for the awesome care!
I have used them for about 20 yrs but the last visit was my last. I confirmed they deal with my dental insurance (as they have before) and that there would not be any out of pocket but I received a bill for $76 due to them doing a special set of xrays my insurance co pays for only once every 2 years. They knew this and when I inquired about it they pretty much said oh well and how do u want to pay. I am not happy and they lost a long time customer over this.
