You can tell he's ready to retire, trying to get my daughter's lab results still from over ten days ago. It's urgent to use because she is having bad hypothyroidism symptoms but the office doesn't seem too concerned. Also waiting on her cancer marker (calcitonin) after ultrasound showed thyroid regrowth. Glad it's not urgent for the clinic
