STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want ot go bankrupt! My agent could not sell my condo in seven months. I switched to another real estate agency and my new agent sold my condo the very first day after it hit the MLS. Then William E Woods wrote me a check for my escro refund, and the check bounced. It was a disastrous experience.

Like the previous post. Our lease term has been a disaster. Different agent, same bad experience. We got to know our landlord who also had a difficult time on his end with the agents. From calls/emails that took forever to return (or just flat out not returned) to them saying they we could not end our lease as it was running up even though both our landlord and us agreed we didn't want to use them anymore... be warned, they will not send you any notification that your lease is about to run up to ask if you want to renew...
