Bill is as straight forward as they come. He won't try to up-sell you on any equipment or service that you don't need. And most importantly, he's very good at what he does.
I had Bill for over 20 years. Called him this year and he will not return any of my phone calls or let me know why he won't service my furnace anymore. Always said I was one of his best customers because I faithfully had my furnace serviced every year. Can't figure out want went wrong with him.
