Turned off by level of immature defensiveness toward criticism by this provider in the reviews. People’s negative reviews will not always detour me from a practice, unless maybe there is a high number of them, implying that where there is smoke, there is (potentially) fire. Very impressed that Dr Chamberlain took the time to explain everything clearly and showed a high level of knowledge and care. Very professional and office staff as well! Highly recommend!
He is a great doctor I think off him as my friend great guy
I stay only because I love Chamberlain. One of my favorite providers. However the front office is an absolute disgrace. The rudest women. Every time I go in they are talking down to either someone on the phone or in person. They roll their eyes and are so unprofessional. I have seen many people ignored walking in and out too. It’s so disappointing they can’t have one decent person up front. Thankfully I have thick skin, but it’s truly disgusting how I have witnessed them treating elderly patients.
