First visit yesterday. Pleasant experience. Fast service. Speedy diagnosis and treatment plan. No delay for surgery choice.

I was given an appt within one wk. I was taken on time and seen by Dr Carlson who was kind , efficient and was able to take care of the issue I was having.
The appointments are handled in an efficient manner. Dr. Carlson is personable and looks at you when speaking. He explained my surgery and asked me about questions I may have. I am really happy a friend recommended Dr. Carlson. When I wondered why it was taking so long for my MRI to be scheduled, and when I spoke about it on the phone with someone it was fixed immediately with a prompt MRI and follow up.

I was told to arrive to my appointment 15 minutes early; in that time, paperwork and an X-ray of the area of concern was completed; I was taken to a waiting room & within 5 minutes Dr. Carlson was with me; he asked many probing questions, carefully examining my knee and the films of my X-ray; he also showed me the areas of concern on the computer screen; he thoroughly explained several options and frankly, set my mind at ease.
