Contacted William Douglas Management for assistance in obtaining some documents, and was quickly responded to by Taylor Watkins, who performed excellent customer service in forwarding them to me expeditiously.
I have lived in the beautiful Larkin community since my home was built in 2020. Due to erosion I tried completing an ARC request for a retention wall for my home in the Larking community but the online form would not submit. Chaunice was extremely helpful with assisting me in the completion of my ARC application via email and she swiftly moved it over for review. Thank you for making this process easy and I hope to have an expedited response soon.
We employed William Douglas for 8 abysmal years beginning March 2015. Initially they performed as expected, but once a new rep came on board, things went downhill with the rep presenting from his slanted point of view, i.e., the previous board had voted to have audits performed every 3 years but when the new board was installed, our rep said we had to do it every year - it is not the law but his recommendation, which he did not include in his presentation not did he include the previous board's decision.
