William Douglas in Mauldin has been our PM for the last few years. They are hands down the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable group of people I have ever met. Our previous association manager Jessica used to gossip with homeowners about other homeowners. She would frequently call me and read me the text messages from other homeowners that she received. UPDATE: I just wanna add how I find it very humorous that William Douglas responded to my original review within a matter of an hour on a weekend. However, I have sent two emails over the Last week like they requested, and I have received no response. I guess this is the normal for everyone within their company. This company has completely mismanaged our community.
Over the top with notifications and warning of fines, etc. Gettting the floors redone and contractor leaves a professional looking trailer in driveway for the days doing the work. Received notice that owner will get fined $20 per day? Also received notice that there are some weeds in the grass. Yard looks like every other house in subdivison and has a nice appearance. Then they removed pool access because of said "weeds". Encouraging the owner to fight this HOA and their overreach.
This company has had my information for a refund for 3 months now and will still not pay out the refund. they requesting that i contact them for an update instead of them calling me. I will be petitioning my neighborhood to find a new company and the next board meeting.
