I have three ARC requests that I submitted without a response. It has been about 1 1/2 months with no response. I contacted the web service and they told me they don't see any requests and they want me to resubmit everything again. Absolutely the most unprofessional establishment I have done business with.
Probably the worst HOA there is. The fees keep going down but they can't bother to take care of the Cobblestone Cove community and their people. What are we paying for? There are over grown trees that are about to touch our homes, the plants by our houses are unkempt, there's erosion, etc, and Jessica does not care to handle any business properly and is very rude and condescending for a "manager". Useless, unhelpful. Will ask for an email despite being on the phone asking the for help.
First we had Brielle ,then Jessica. Jessica tried to play snake with me but she didn't realize I knew all along and used her to gather information. I beat these incompetent bunch in court. They are really that bad. I think they intentionally find incompetent people. HOA for Camden Cottages are useless. They keep increasing hoa fees and all they ever do is lawn care, nothing else. You email them about neighbors being a nuisance to us, putting their yard camera facing my driveway and makes this loud alarming solar beeping sound each time someone walks by and they don't care. They also use selective enforcement on who they feel should receive a violation. Clearly they are inconsistent and very irresponsible.
