UPDATE 9/19 Reached out to Kayla who oversees the staff at the Mauldin office. Kayla got right on top of it and not only addressed my main concern in a timely manner she kept me updated throughout. Update in case anyone wonders: I reached out the the "Owner" below and got ZERO response... Was hoping maybe someone from another office or corporate would care, but not surprised no one answered. Very Typical. If you want to throw away money, hire these goofs. Can I give ZERO stars? Our community is on a 3rd property manager. The first two were rude, liars, and never took responsibility for their actions. They would constantly shift blame and would always have a sob story as to why it wasn’t done. They never respond to your communication, even when you leave multiple messages.
The end of my lot has become a parking lot. For safety reasons I would think HOA would address this, but it’s been almost 2 years. The lot beside my house looks horrible, I’ve reached out to the HOA, no response. So what am I paying fees for? Update: I’ve sent an email with pictures weeks ago with no response
I genuinely feel like this HOA is a complete racket. We closed well over a month ago and have sent a dozen messages without any approvals for building a simple privacy fence. We submitted all the proper forms with everything to regulation and code and in compliance with what we were told was a simple application. Their communication has been next to zero and when they do communicate, they ask for forms we’ve already submitted. Highly recommend not using this group.
