We had a terrible experience. Our agent with William Davis Realty (representing us) constantly gave us wrong information. When asked if the potential buyer passed the community background check I was told YES. They had not. Post inspection we were asked to do some repairs, we did since their application was approved, which was a cost to us. That was ok though we were getting Earnest money to cover it but William Davis Realty lost or messed up the check twice and we never received the money owed.
