Dr. Lessne has been my dentist for about the past ten years. He has been great at various procedures, fillings, crowns etc. The pain management has been fairly good, the novacaine shots always hurt some, but otherwise there isn't too much discomfort. Typically he gets the bite on fillings just right, but any adjustments are taken care of without any problems. The only potential drawback to his practice is the cost. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Lessne is wonderful! He is always very welcoming, and does a great job. I wish his receptionists were more welcoming on the phone and not rude... otherwise he would have a perfect score in customer service!
When I moved, I was glad to leave this Dentist behind. His work was questionable and results undesirable. He even lost his cool during one visit to replace a crown and slammed his instruments on the table when it wouldn't fit.
Dr Lessne is so friendly that it makes it easy to visit his office. He has done excellent work on my whole family's teeth and we are all pleased with his professionalism and skill.
Great experience! Clean, friendly environment and efficient, friendly staff. While not spacious, the facility space is adequate and efficient. Much rather have less spacious than higher costs. I don't like pain either and haven't experienced much of that while undergoing minor fillings or grinding of chipped edges
Dr. Lessne makes even the pickiest patients feel at ease and he does a great job.
I am extremely pain adverse and have a low threshold for pain as well. This dentist could not be more outstanding in his sensitivity for pain and dealing with it in a kind and effective manner. I have recommended William Lessne to friends, I take my daughter to him, she is 13 and dentist-adverse, but is happy to go to him. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Lessne puts patients at ease and has very friendly hygienists. He also has great equipment so you never have to get a "shot" again.
Very rough with my teeth and staff was curt at best. Dr. Lessne reprimanded me for having 3 fillings in my life, saying it was a high number for someone my age (26). He dwelled on it and wanted to continue berating me unsolicited. I was quite offended and do not see where his comments were necessary. It's not as if he found anymore at that visit. My other dentists have been delighted with the state of my teeth. I wouldn't go back. My husband had a crown put on that had to be redone twice as well. Not quality work.
