This jewelry shop, which has been in Denver since 1924, sells such a dazzling array of emeralds and other jewels that some women might reconsider claiming diamonds as their only best friend. In addition to diamonds it also carries fine cut crystal vases, Hummel figurines, silver baby spoons, gold, silver, picture frames, platinum and other gemstones in beautiful settings. If you want something that is truly one-of-a-kind, have them make a custom setting to suit your taste. Watch repair and engraving is also offered.

A reputable jewelry store with exceptional customer service. My family has been using them for four generations. Reasonably priced, with endless choices in high end and less expensive. Custom jewelry designs are perfectly made and stunning. Their consignment jewelry is my favorite!
Business response:
Kate, thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate any feedback that we get. All of us hope to see you in the store soon, those holidays are coming up quick! Thanks again, best regards. -Briana
I was going through my desk tonight and found a business card for Steve Bewley of William Crow Jewelers. It occurred to me that it was time to pay it forward as they've helped me out on a few occasions. My first encounter with them was in 2009 when I had to have a necklace gemstone mount fixed. I immediately felt at ease when walking in to the store. Their greeting was quickly followed up with exactly what needed to be done to fix my necklace and a very good estimate of the cost. Horrible experience. Took my Raymond Weild watch in for a battery change and staff ruined it by cracking the crystal face and bending the back plate which resulted in water getting into the watch. I confronted the staff member upon pick up that he cracked the crystal face, and he denied it. I took my watch to another vendor who confirmed the last person who changed the battery broke the watch. I'll never come back to William Crow. If you value your watch, don't bring it here.
